Why is the seal on my knife packaging broken??
There can be various reasons for this.
A reason may be due to the fact that the packaging was opened by a customs procedure. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.
Another reason for this may be that we checked the knife for full functionality before shipping.
What is certain is that (unless otherwise stated in the item description) you will always receive a new item.
